Module block (rinser/filler/capper)
A module block that integrates a rinser, filler, and capper.
A single machine performs a series of processes: washing (rinser) inside PET bottles or glass bottles, filling with drinking water (filler), and capping (capper). Since it is all contained within one cabin, it is hygienic, easy to use due to synchronization with a single main drive, and has a compact installation footprint. Manufactured by the Italian company FRAMAX. The capacity of the smallest model RFC-09/09/1-PK is 2400 bottles per hour for 500ml PET and 1000 bottles per hour for 2000ml PET, with various lineups available for capacities up to around 30,000 bottles per hour.
